Terms of Use
Welcome to Fila de Puentes. By accessing and using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Service
Fila de Puentes is an independent informative platform that provides estimated wait times for international bridges. We are not a government agency.
2. Accuracy of Information and Proprietary Technology
The times shown are estimates only. They are generated with Fila de Puentes' proprietary technology, which combines public data (such as CBP), live cameras and streams, community reports, and predictive models we develop ourselves.
By their nature, these estimates are approximations and we do not guarantee their accuracy. Border conditions can change from one moment to the next due to factors beyond our control, including enforcement operations, weather, lane closures, or decisions by the authorities. We recommend always verifying with official sources before traveling.
3. Limitation of Liability
Use of the information on Fila de Puentes is at your own risk. We are not liable for decisions made based on the estimates shown, nor for delays, missed crossings, missed appointments, financial losses, or any other harm, direct or indirect, arising from use of the site or reliance on its data.
4. Responsible Use
You agree to use the information responsibly and not to make false reports that could mislead the community.
Website widget. Any site may embed our wait-times widget for free, as long as it keeps the credit line and its link to filadepuentes.com visible and does not alter the numbers. They are estimates, not official CBP figures. Full widget terms.
5. Sponsorships
Some pages show sponsorships from businesses. They are always labeled "Sponsored", we serve them ourselves, and they never cover or replace a wait time.
Sponsors do not influence the information. No advertiser can change, hide or delay a wait time, a bridge recommendation, an alert or an answer from Fili, or pay to appear in them.
Each advertiser is responsible for the content of its ad and for holding any notices or permits the law requires of it (for example, with COFEPRIS, Mexico's health regulator).
We review every ad before it runs and may reject or remove it at any time. We do not accept ads for:
- services that promise a faster crossing, a way to skip the line, or a way around inspection;
- immigration services offered by anyone who is not an attorney or accredited representative;
- high-cost loans, gambling, alcohol, tobacco, vaping, cannabis or weapons;
- political or election content;
- health services that promise results, use before-and-after photos, or advertise misleading prices;
- anything that poses as an authority (CBP, customs, government) or uses their logos.
Advertisers receive only aggregate numbers (views, clicks and approximate city), and we do not guarantee a minimum number of views or clicks. Want to advertise? Email [email protected].
