Bridge I is the older of the two international bridges between Piedras Negras and Eagle Pass, Texas. It was built in 1927 and rebuilt in 1954 after a flood destroyed the original. It serves pedestrians, passenger vehicles, and buses; commercial trucks use Bridge II.
